Team Leadership
At the interface between your requirements and your team
Is your team missing a requirements translator? Then I can help! In my career I have already had the opportunity to act as a team lead for teams of up to six developers from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures: from students and apprentices to senior developers, from Romania to Pakistan.
Your requirements translator
My career has already taken me to many places: through car production, into the greenhouse, into food production, into logistics, and to many more. I have learned to quickly find my way into new domains - and to recognize the technical problems that need to be solved. As the lead of your team, I am therefore in the best position to take in your requirements and translate them into concrete requirements and tasks for your developers and designers.

Agile Methods
As the team lead for your team, I rely on the application of agile methods with a sense of proportion. For me, SCRUM and Kanban are not an end in themselves, but tools that need to be adapted to every team and project. In your team, every developer rolls their eyes when, in addition to the Daily, Planning, and Retro, a Backlog Review is also introduced? Then get rid of it! Your team lacks the space for subject-matter discussion of upcoming tasks? Then it's worth trying an additional Refinement.
Micromanagement? Not with me.
Your engineers are clever. As a team lead, it is therefore not my job to instruct your developers. Rather, I see my role as creating the right conditions so that your team can be successful. Who is strongest where? Is everyone working towards the same goal? How can I keep distractions and stress away from the team so that your developers can achieve the best results? These are the questions I work on every day as a team lead.
