From the circuit board to the hyperscaler

As a senior developer with over ten years of experience in custom development, I have specialized in digitalization solutions and cloud applications. My offer: From IoT firmware and edge devices to the cloud and the end-user's browser, I deliver all software components from a single source.

In doing so, I work with engineering care and a focus on software quality. Each of my projects is accompanied by an extensive CI/CD pipeline, test suites consisting of unit, integration, and E2E tests, as well as various linter and styling tools. All this enables me to roll out a new software version with a clear conscience, even on a Friday afternoon.

Out of conviction, open-source and free tools are at the center of my work. Whether it's the operating system, database, or frameworks: whenever possible, I always trust the open-source variant. Why? So that my customers can be sure that their projects will continue to function without unexpected license costs tomorrow and can build on long-term infrastructure support.

As a long-term AWS developer (Amazon Web Services), I first got certified as a Cloud Practitioner in 2020. In the following years, I have continuously trained alongside my productive use of the platform. Today I am in posession of the third and highest certification in the architect branch, the AWS Solution Architect Professional.

Toolstack and AI

Large Language Models, and the coding assistants and agentic agents derived from them, have changed the way software is developed in recent years and will continue to do so. As a senior software developer with many years of experience, I naturally use these tools as well, but I am also aware of their problems. My claim: to get the best out of the new technologies for my customers, beyond the hype and with a sober view.
